Rivalry week is my favorite week of the entire college football season as teams play for much more than a “W” on their record but for the pride of their university! Last week has been called an upset week as both the #1 and #2 teams lost their games and sent the post-season projections into disarray.
Beware! It could happen all over again this weekend – after all – it is rivalry week and you will see teams play their hearts out today.
Death Valley
Last week, I finished 7-4 for the week which brings my record going into the final week of the regular college football season at 94-47. This means I’m right about 2/3 of the time as my correct pick percentage is 66.67%. Let’s see if I can match my average and maybe even improve it in my final week of 2012 regular season college football picks.

Florida over FLORIDA STATE
Oregon over OREGON STATE
Stanford over UCLA
TEXAS A&M over Mizzou
South Carolina over CLEMSON
Oklahoma State over OKLAHOMA
Rutgers over PITT
OHIO STATE over Michigan
UNC over Maryland
Yes, I picked the SEC teams over the ACC teams in the state rivalries of South Carolina and Florida. We’ll see what happens – all four of these teams are really good this year. Don’t forget to watch that Michigan/Ohio State game – I’m sure it will be a thriller as well.
